Welcome to "Family Lamps", the light bulb sharing community! Before using this application, please read and agree to the following terms of use carefully By using this application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use this application.

Definitions and Interpretation

• 1.1 "Application" means the Family Lamps app, the light bulb sharing community, and the services and features associated with it.

• 1.2 "User" means an individual user who uses the services of the App.

• 1.3 "Content" refers to any information, text, images, and other forms of content uploaded, published, transmitted or displayed by Users in the App.

User Code of Conduct

• 2.1 Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations and assume full responsibility for using the Application in a lawful manner.

• 2.2 Users shall not use the Application to engage in the following behaviors:

a) Post, transmit, share or store any illegal, infringing, fraudulent, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hate speech or other immoral or illegal content;

b) Interfering with, impairing or disrupting the normal operation and security of the Application, including but not limited to the use of malware, viruses, hacking, etc;

c) Cloning, copying, modifying, distributing or selling any part of the Application or related content;

d) Violate the privacy, intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests of other users;

e) Interfering in any way with other users' use of the Application;

f) Provide false, inaccurate or misleading personal information or content.

Account Security

• 3.1 We will protect the security of your account and will not disclose it to a third party or allow any third party to use it without your permission.

• 3.2 We will create a unique ID for you.

User Content

• 4.1 All content posted by the User in the Application is the sole responsibility of the User. The User shall ensure that he/she owns all rights to the content in question or has obtained all necessary authorizations.

• 4.2 The User has certain permissions and authorizations for the content that he/she uploads, publishes, transmits or displays in the Application. The User agrees that the operator of the Application has the right to manage and use the User's Content in a reasonable manner, including but not limited to storing, transmitting, displaying, reproducing, modifying, distributing and publicly demonstrating it.

• 4.3 The User's content posted in this application shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, including but not limited to privacy rights and intellectual property rights. If it is found that the User's content may infringe on the rights and interests of others, the operator of this application has the right to take appropriate measures, including but not limited to deletion, blocking, and restriction of access.

• 4.4 The User understands and agrees that the Application Operator is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, legitimacy, and non-infringement of third-party rights of the content uploaded, posted, transmitted or displayed by the User.

Denial of Warranty

The User understands and agrees that the Application and its Operator disclaim all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the following matters:

• 5.1 The Application will meet the User's specific requirements;

• 5.2 The Application will provide the Services continuously, timely and securely;

• 5.3 The accuracy, truthfulness, reliability and suitability of any information, content or other materials provided by the Application;

• 5.4 The User will be able to obtain the expected results from the use of the Application and its related services.

Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the User expressly agrees that the Application and its operators are exempt from liability.

The User uses the Application at its own risk and the Application and its Operator shall not be liable for any risks or damages (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, punitive and consequential damages) that may arise from the use of the Application.

Modification and Termination of Terms

The operator of this application reserves the right to modify the Terms from time to time as necessary. The modified Terms will be notified to the User within the Application. The User will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the modified Terms and will be bound by them.

If the User does not agree to the modified Terms, he/she should immediately stop using the Application. If the User continues to use the Application, the User will be deemed to have accepted the modified Terms.
